Architect Halen is a necromancer of the House of Rituals located in southwestern Glutharn's Decay in Maldraxxus. He is one of three architects for Mor'Bitan's ritual on the Rotting Mound and is draining anima from nearby slain creatures via an Imbibing Anima Crystal.
Abilities
