Arantir is a night elf located in the Lakeshire docks in the Redridge Mountains. He is accompanied by Lucius.
Background
In his youth in Darkshore he discovered 
[Thistle Tea]. He has come to the Redridge Mountains to recover the 
[Horns of Nez'ra], which were stolen from Ravenholdt Manor by the Blackrock orcs many years ago.
Legion
Arantir is seen within the sewers of Dalaran in the secret Hall of Shadows.
He later traveled to Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.
