- Use: Bestow a Temporal Gossamer to friendly players. Empowering the Temporal Gossamer can further assist the Evoker in finding Temporal Vestigials.
Ancient Memories will also teach a friendly Blacksmith, Jewelcrafter, or Engineer how to craft a piece of the Oathbinder. (30 Min Cooldown) - Requires Level 70

Ancient Memories is provided by 
[70] It Takes a Village to Make an Artifact while on the quest chain to make the evoker legendary 
[Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy]. The item can be used to deputize other players to help the evoker gather the massive amount of 
[Temporal Vestigial] required via a 
[Temporal Gossamer], which starts the quest [70] Temporal Gossamer. The quest ends up rewarding an [Empowered Temporal Gossamer], which gives the granting evoker a massively buffed drop rate on Temporal Vestigial.
The item can also be used to grant Dragon Isles blacksmiths, engineers, or jewelcrafters with 100 points of skill a temporary (30-minute) ability to craft the legendary reagents needed for the quest.
