Temporal Vestigial is an ingredient to make 
[Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy], the evoker legendary. Vestigals drop from Fyrakk Assaults named elites and Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible bosses for players on the quest 
[70] It Takes a Village to Make an Artifact. Four hundred are then used as reagents to craft the [Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis], 
[Inspired Order Recalibrator], and 
[Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst] for the same quest.
The 
[Ancient Memories]-holding evoker can deputize other players to help them gather faster. Said players will be given the [70] Temporal Gossamer quest, which rewards the 
[Empowered Temporal Gossamer], massively increasing the drop rate of vestigals for the evoker in question.
