The Altar of Light and Shadow is the artifact forge for priests of the Conclave, situated at the northern end of the Hall of Balance in the Netherlight Temple. It's a draenei altar that has been redesigned by Master Artificer Betild Deepanvil and empowered by Saa'ra.
