Alonis is an Ascended kyrian located in Provis Fauna in Zereth Mortis with a Guardian Centurion and an Injured Aspirant. He needs to be spoken with in 
[60] A Break in Communication and, oddly enough, is the only one of the three NPCs required for the quest who is present even while the player is not on the quest.
