Alara'shinu is a secret warglaive, added in Patch 10.2, Guardians of the Dream. The method of acquisition was discovered by members of the WoW Secret Finding Discord on 23 December 2023.
With the warglaive equipped (or transmogged over another weapon), the demon hunter's movement abilities like 
[Fel Rush], 
[Infernal Strike], and 
[Vengeful Retreat] will leave a trail of flowers behind.

To begin, a level 70 demon hunter should speak with Landeron Felfury at [50.5, 60.9] east of the Dream Wardens barracks at the Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream.

How do you fare, fellow Demon Hunter?
Not well, I would say.
I never thought I would be standing here. I've only ever heard rumors of the Dream, but never knew its wonders.

I feel as though at any moment the very wind will hurl me from this place. Back to the temple on the Broken Shores, where I belong.
The temple on the Broken Shore he refers to is where demon hunters faced Caria Felsoul during the quest to acquire the Aldrachi Warblades during Legion. Enter the Lost Temple at [71.6, 41.3] through the crack to spot the Memory of Landeron Felfury:
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: What have I done!
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: We always speak of what we have given, but have any of us thought just once about what has been TAKEN?
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: Imagine being so... arrogant as to portray our lust for power as selflessness.
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: I feel as if I am going to be sick... I cannot.
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: I cannot think... I must travel to Val'sharah. Perhaps Elune's guidance will lead me to the right path.
Head to the Temple of Elune at [51.1, 57.1] in Val'sharah to witness another memory of Landeron:
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: What now?
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: I have meditated endlessly. Whatever light Elune may offer to illuminate my path, I will gladly follow!
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: But... her temple offers only silence.
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: Enough. This was a fruitless effort. I am going home.
- Memory of Landeron Felfury says: Perhaps some rest will serve me better than waiting for guidance that will never arrive.
A ghostly Stag appears, with the warglaive mounted on its side. Interact with it to loot Alara'shinu.
Return to Landeron back at the Central Encampment and he has additional gossip:

I can hardly believe your tale, but here you stand before me. What does this mean? Does Elune condone the use of fel? Was the Dream itself speaking to you through my memories? What force bestowed the warglaive upon you?
So many questions to answer. But I do know that I should continue using what powers I have in the defense of Azeroth, at least for now. You have helped me restore my vision of the future. My past had left me blinded for so long...
