• Hotfix (2022-12-07): [Secret Technique] can now correctly trigger Alacrity.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Proc chance reduced to 5/10% per combo point (was 20%) and Haste buff reduced to 1% for 15 seconds (was 2% for 20 seconds). Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 45 talent.
  
• Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Fixed an issue that prevented [Crimson Tempest] from triggering Alacrity.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now level 45 (was 90).
  
• Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Haste per stack increased to 2% (was 1%). Maximum stacks reduced to 10 (was 20).
