Ael'Yith is a nightborne elf that can be found in the Ley-Ruins of Zarkhenar in Azsuna.

He is the leader of a group of mana-addicted nightfallen that are siphoning arcane energies from the ley line there, in the process weakening the Azurewing, a group of blue dragons who live nearby. Ael'Yith is confronted by the adventurer at the ley-ruins and engages in combat. Before fleeing, he directs his group to target the dragons directly.

He later resurfaces during the attack on Azurewing Repose, utilizing his ley construct Orbyth to drain power from Senegos. Ael'Yith finally meets his end here at the hands of the adventurer.

Abilities

•  Energy Drain 20 yd range — Drain the energy from an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage over time. Also reduces damage done and movement speed by 2%. 6 sec cast (Channeled). Interruptible.
  •  Energy Drain — Damage done increased by 2%. Movement speed increased by 2%. Lasts 15 seconds. Stacks. Enemy buff. Can be dispelled.
•  Wild Magic — Fires many magic pellets, inflicting Arcane damage to enemies within 2 yds of the explosion and knocking them back. This creates Excess Power at that location.
