Adaptive Swarm is the druid class ability of the Necrolord Covenant. It's available to all druids who join the Necrolords.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Maldraxxus portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest [53-60] Champion the Cause and lasts until you finish the Maldraxxus storyline.

Patch changes

Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Damage and healing increased by 25% and the effectiveness of periodic effects increased to 25% (was 20%). The effectiveness of periodic effects increased to 35% for Balance Druids.
