The Abyssal Scepter is a Kul Tiran artifact.
Background
The Abyssal Scepter is a powerful tidesage artifact. To wield the Abyssal Scepter is to wield the very power of sea and storm. The artifact was held under lock at the Stormsong Monastery in Boralus.[1] During the Fourth War, the Horde stole it and stored it into the Zandalari treasury. Willing to get it back in order to protect the Kul Tiran fleet from it, the Storm's Wake crafted a fake Scepter which was to be switched with the real one without alerting suspicion.[2]
The Scepter was later used to conceal the advance of the Alliance diversion force in Nazmir, leading to the invasion of Dazar'alor.[3] The Scepter could also create the illusion of an Alliance fleet on Nazmir's shores.[4]
The Scepter was destroyed by Princess Talanji, dissipating its mysterious fog and the illusion of the Alliance fleet.[5]
