Aborius is a water fury located at the Throne of the Elements in Nagrand. She's currently not involved in any quests. If you attacked somebody around her, she would one shot you.
Shortly before the Cataclysm, Thrall journeyed to Garadar to discover why the elements of Azeroth were so afraid. During this event, Thrall would communicate with Aborius to see if the fury could enlighten him to what was causing the elements their fear. In response, Aborius gave him advised to not become afraid of anything in his journey to save his world.[1]
