A Climber's Calling is the intro for rock climbing challenges in the Dragon Isles. Doc Nanners will run up and offer this quest when you reach Renown level 6 with the Dragonscale Expedition and have world quests unlocked.

Speak with Pathfinder Jeb in the Dragonscale Basecamp.
