She "aids" Tirion Fordring as a neutral minion against the player character after they have been transformed into a death knight during the "A Fateful Encounter" boss encounter in Hearthstone: Knights of the Frozen Throne. Her name is an obvious pun on "AFK", and she appears to be deeply distracted to the point of not even being able to attack.

She later appears a paladin boss in the Kobolds & Catacombs solo adventure Dungeon Run in Hearthstone. Her flavor text: Waylay this adventurer while she isn't paying attention!
