"The Brokers Angle'r" is a fishing pole that can be purchased from Distributor Au'nagl in Oribos. Aside from boosting your fishing skill, it also has an increased chance of catching bait from the Shadowlands. This effect does not apply to 
[Precursor Placoderm Bait] in Zereth Mortis.
