Patch changes

Hotfix (2023-12-05): Now creates an absorb for 1% of your maximum health (was 2%) in PvP combat.
Hotfix (2023-08-21): Can now stack up to 15% of maximum health (was 10%) and stacks 3% per second (was 2%).
Hotfix (2023-07-24): Effectiveness reduced by 50% in PvP combat.
