Patch changes

• Patch 11.1.0 (2025-02-25): Redesigned – Now reduces the cooldown of [Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger] by a static 30 seconds.

  Old: Abilities cast by you or your [Storm, Earth, and Fire] clones that activate Combo Strikes reduce the cooldown of Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger by 0.25 sec.
  

• Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Now increases Xuen's damage by 30% (was 15%).
  
• Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Now decreases the cooldown of Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger by 0.25 seconds (was 0.1 second) per activation, and increases Xuen's damage by 15% (was 10%). Moved to row 9 (was row 8).
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Added.
