Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): [Empowered Tiger Lightning] effects are now baseline: Every 4 sec, Xuen strikes your enemies with Empowered Tiger Lightning dealing 8% of the damage you have dealt to those targets in the last 4 sec. 
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Windwalker talent (was a level 42 Windwalker ability). Rank 2 converted into the Empowered Tiger Lightning talent. 
Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Xuen is now vulnerable to 
[Hibernate],

- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Invoke Xuen is no longer a Talent and is learned by all Windwalker Monks at level 42 (was a level 90 Windwalker talent). Its duration has been increased to 24 seconds (was 20 seconds).
Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Invoke Xuen’s damage reduced by 10%. - Hotfix (2017-01-31): Xuen now deals 40% less damage in PvP situations.
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now available only to Windwalker monks. Tiger Lightning's damage is now 40% of attack power (down from 50.5%).
Hotfix (2014-10-17): Xuen now inherits 60% of the Monk's Attack Power (up from 33%). 
Hotfix (2013-09-19): Xuen should now be able to use Crackling Tiger Lightning against Aberration type creatures. - Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10):
- Now has a pet control bar for Xuen, and the talent is no longer on global cooldown for all Monk specializations.
- Brewmaster Monks now gain Vengeance when Xuen takes damage.
- Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Will now fixate on the Monk's original target for Brewmasters.

- Invokes the White Tiger Celestial, summoning an effigy at the command of the caster. The effigy will assist you, attacking your primary target and also inflicting tiger lightning every 1 sec to 3 nearby enemies within 10 yards dealing (25.25% of Attack Power + 322) damage. Lasts for 45 sec.
Brewmaster
Xuen will also taunt the target, forcing it to attack him.
