Notes

This talent does not increase the speed at which [Agony] builds stacks. At low haste levels, Agony must be refreshed in order for it to build past 10 stacks before it expires.

Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): moved to row 3 of the Affliction talent tree (was row 4) and is now a 1 rank talent (was 2).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Affliction talent (was a level 25 Affliction talent).
