Wingmen is about increasing your reputation with all of your Barracks Bodyguards until they reach Personal Wingman (rank 3). This Achievement requires Barracks Level 2 or higher and all followers with Bodyguard Trait assigned to that building.

Strategy

Any mob anywhere on Draenor counts for experience. The best way to do this is to kill crowded mobs of lower levels standing together usually found before Nagrand. This is so you won't lose your bodyguard and have to wait for an hour for it to respawn at your barracks. An example of this are the Swamplighter Drones in Shadowmoon Valley.

For levels 110 or higher, the best place to grind out reputation is the mobs at the bottom of The Pit near Blackrock Foundry of Gorgrond.
