Windstorm was a hippogryph of the green and orange variant who was used by Aradria Cloudflyer to get to Darnassus. They were struck down en route by Garrosh Hellscream's orcs. Windstorm tried to defend Aradria and battle with the orcs, however he was killed. Later his body was found by a supply train and brought to Commander Haldrissa Woodshaper. Aradria called him a loyal friend.
