The Winding Chasm is a long, convoluted series of tunnels near the end of the Wailing Caverns. Fanglord Lord Serpentis' pet, the thunder lizard Skum was kept in a small paddock in this area. Lord Pythas was also in the Winding Chasm.
Patch changes
Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Completely removed, with Lord Pythas and Skum moved elsewhere in the dungeon.
