Improvements

Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
- Wildfire Bombs now deal 40% increased damage to your primary target.
- Now correctly states that damage is reduced when damaging more than 8 targets.
Developers' note: This is not a functionality change, but rather a tooltip clarity update.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 talent (was a level 20 ability) with a single rank (was 2 ranks). Rank 2, which was learned at level 49 and increased Wildfire Bomb damage by 25%, has been split off to [Improved Wildfire Bomb].
Hotfix (2023-01-09): Damage increased by 15%.
Patch 9.2.5a (2022-08-02): Wildfire Bomb, and any [Wildfire Infusion] variants of Wildfire Bomb now deal reduced damage when hitting more than 8 targets. The tooltips will be updated to reflect this in a future patch.
