Whiskey Slim is a gnome located in the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay, in the Cape of Stranglethorn. He is affiliated with the Blackwater Raiders.
He previously gave the quest 
[50] Whiskey Slim's Lost Grog, whereby he tasks players with locating his 
[Pupellyverbos Port] that he lost in the Hinterlands. By the time the Cataclysm comes around, Slim has obviously kept a tighter grip on his grog since he sells 
[Crate of Pupellyverbos Port] for another quest.
