Wavecrest Mariners are high elves found on The Wavecrest on the waters of the Sea Reaver's Run, south of Hrothgar's Landing. They are high elven sailors with the Silver Covenant.

Abilities

Concussive Shot — Dazes an enemy, reducing its movement speed by 50% for 3 sec.
Multi-Shot — Fires a volley of missiles at an enemy and its nearby allies, striking up to 3 targets for 110% weapon damage.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.

When this NPC was introduced, their model had green eyes, like blood elves. This was fixed in a later patch.
