Waterlogged Chest is found at [39.2, 83.9] guarded by a Darktide Husk on the south side of the Isle of Shadows south of Shaz'gul in southwestern Shadowmoon Valley. It contains the 
[Darktide Pincer] and roughly 15
.
Don't forget about Darkmaster Go'vid, who also wanders the island. He drops the 
[Darktide Summoner Staff] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
