Watcher Eva is a rare undead and former member of the Night Watch found wandering around southeastern Duskwood. He wanders around the Tranquil Gardens Cemetery, kneels at a grave, then goes to stand inside Blind Mary's house.
Abilities
Heroic Strike — A strong attack that increases melee damage by 10%.
Lantern Blaze — Deals Fire damage to all enemies within the blaze. Lasts 6 sec.
Psychic Scream — Lets out a psychic scream, causing up to 5 nearby enemies to flee for 4 sec.
Throw Lantern — Hurls a lantern at an enemy, inflicting Fire damage and creating a burning blaze beneath the target's feet.
