Warspear Raptor Riders are summonable Horde NPCs found in Ashran's Road of Glory.
Notes
Warspear Raptor Riders are the Horde combat patrol NPCs. They can be summoned by collecting 600 
[Artifact Fragment] for Kalgan in Warspear Outpost.
Each Rider is summoned with a pair of Warspear Blood Guard, and will patrol occupied territories within the Road of Glory, attacking enemy characters.
Trivia
Some Warspear Raptor Riders were originally Wolf Riders.
