The War Kodo is a kodo. The kodo pulls the Krom'gar Wagon which can take players from Silverwind Refuge to The Fold during the quest 
[10-30] We're Here to Do One Thing, Maybe Two.... Another War Kodo pulls the Wagon of Unending Agony.
