WHEE! is a reputation and experience gain bonus that is available only during the Darkmoon Faire World Event. To acquire the buff, players ride the Darkmoon Carousel or the Darkmoon Rollercoaster, which grant 5 minutes of the buff and then quickly extend it up to a 60 minute maximum (in 5 minute increments). Tickets are required to enter the carousel area or board the roller coaster, but are sold very cheaply by the nearby Kae Ti and Mae Ti, respectively.
