Voidsong, Stave of the Harbinger is obtained from 
[Arsenal: Cosmic Weapons Cache], the November 2023 reward for filling out the Traveler's Log for the Trading Post.
An incredibly ancient weapon, Voidsong was given by Dimensius to Xal'atath, the Harbinger of the Void, during the reign of the Black Empire so that she might one day fulfill an unspecified purpose.[1] The stave is visually similar to the Blade of the Black Empire.
