Void-Twisted Wyrmkillers are twilight drakes located in and around Vermillion Redoubt in the Twilight Highlands during 
[50] In the Shadow of Crimson Wings.
Several of them have surrounded Alexstrasza the Life-Binder, while a few others can be seen battling Vermillion Sentinels.
