Void-Twisted Whelps are twilight whelps found at the Vermillion Redoubt in the Twilight Highlands during 
[50] In the Shadow of Crimson Wings. In Stage 1 of the scenario, they hatch from destroyed Dragon Eggs, though they die shortly after. In later stages, they can be seen flying around on their own.
