Visage Day is a coming-of-age ceremony among dragons in which they decide what their main mortal form (or "visage") will be.

It is traditional to decide on a form far in advance of the ceremony; Zidormi was shocked to hear that her friend Chronormu had not decided on one when there was less than a fortnight left until the latter's Visage Day. Nozdormu has helped countless members of the bronze dragonflight prepare for their Visage Days. The other former Aspects presumably do the same for members of their respective flights.

The ceremony itself is traditionally held at the summit of Wyrmrest Temple and attended by the leader and fellow members of the dragon's flight, as well as emissaries from each of the other flights. Alexstrasza herself officiated the Visage Day for Chronormu, but she apparently does not do this for every ceremony, since Chronormu reacted with shock upon learning that the queen would be attending. The ceremony begins with an opening speech from the officiator, after which the attending dragons who have already chosen their forms assume them. The dragon undergoing the ceremony then makes a proclamation to their kin and finally recites the words of a visage spell that defines their mortal form and shifts them into it. The attendants welcome them with cheers, which is then followed by dancing, feasting, and singing "the songs of old" well into the evening.[1]
