[Crown of Destruction], some snazzy sunglasses, and a very bushy mustache located at the entrance to Blackwing Lair during Season of Discovery. He provides options to enable challenge modes in the raid. One challenge will be highlighted each week, indicated by the whelp near him.

Where to start?
In brief, Lord Nefarian-sometimes called "Blackwing" -is the Lord of Blackrock Mountain, creator of the Chromatic dragonflight and the most interesting dragon in the world. He is the eldest son of Neltharion, the Earth-Warder and sibling to the weaker, smaller black dragon, Onyxia.
His human visage stands at seven feet tall, with arms like tree trunks. His eyes are like steel, cold and hard. Has a shock of hair, black as the abyss. Unbelievably, his true form is somehow more impressive, with wings of blackest ebony and a stature that towers above the lesser races.

As a young lad, Nefarian was known to be brilliant-beyond his peers in every sense. He was known as a fearsome warrior, and won innumerable battles against the Alliance and weaker Dragonflights. Before long, he'd become a beloved champion of all, with many people saying he should become the King of the World, though he was far too humble for that.
When he got older, he led a campaign to Blackrock mountain, within which you currently tremble. His strategies were, as always, executed flawlessly, and led to the mountain's capture with minimal effort. He's a brilliant strategist and tactician, as well as being tremendously powerful.

He once threw a knife so hard it pierced the Shadowlands and scared the Gods themselves. His pathetic, sniveling minions voted him "Best Mountain Overlord (Year 25)".

Speculation
Victor Nefriendius bears a striking resemblance to Victor Nefarius, the visage of Nefarian. The mustache and sunglasses clearly indicate that these are different characters, though.
