Victor is a human child found with a group of kids east of Southshore in the Escape from Durnholde Keep, Caverns of Time, instance. It's unknown what become of him.

He may have joined the Scarlet Crusade like the other kids of the town, or grew up and became part of the Scourge. If he became part of the Scourge, then there was a chance he broke free and joined the Forsaken. He could be Victor Bartholomew, Victor Ward or Doctor Gregory Victor.
