Vestment of Summer is a cosmetic chest that can be purchased from Midsummer Suppliers or Midsummer Merchants for 100 
[Burning Blossom]s in capital cities. Equip all three of the [Mantle of the Fire Festival], Vestment and [Sandals of Summer] then /dance at a Ribbon Pole to earn the achievement 
[Burning Hot Pole Dance].
The on-use effect causes the player's hands to catch fire for more festive dance moves. The effect is canceled if on movement.
