Vault of the Titan.

The Vault of the Titan is a cavern found in the Stonecrag Gorge of Nagrand. Mysterious artifacts are found within this vault that the Highmaul clan is digging out.

Notes

As he was the only titan to have visited Draenor, Aggramar is the one that left this Vault and other titan artifacts.
The disc within is likely one of the discs that Aggramar crafted from the remains of Grond and attached to the colossals.
