Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Vampiric Blood is now learned at level 60 (was 57).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now increases incoming absorbs as well as heals.
Hotfix (2016-09-01): Vampiric Blood should no longer grant more than the intended bonus when combined with other effects that increase health.
