Trivia
- This talent was mentioned in the April Fools' Day patch 9.0.5.0.5 notes: "Fixed a bug where certain drinks cancelled Red Thirst. Once again, Red Thirst cannot be quenched by any mortal beverage."
Patch changes
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 Blood talent (was a level 50 Blood talent). Now reduces the cooldown by 1 second per 10 Runic Power spent (was 1.5 seconds). 
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 50 (was 100). Now reduces the cooldown on [Vampiric Blood] by 1.5 seconds per 10 Runic Power spent (was 1 second). 
Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Red Thirst's cooldown reduction now considers 
[Ossuary]'s cost reduction to 
[Death Strike]. - Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now requires level 100 (was 60). Now reduces Vampiric Blood's cooldown by 1 second per 10 Runic Power spent (was per 6).
Hotfix (2016-08-16): Now reduces Vampiric Blood's cooldown by 1 second per 6 Runic Power spent (was 2 seconds per 20). - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
