Uther's Guard enhances 
[Blessing of Freedom], 
[Blessing of Protection], 
[Blessing of Sacrifice] and 
[Blessing of Spellwarding]. It is named after Uther the Lightbringer.
Uther's Guard can drop from dungeon, raid, world bosses, rare elites on the Broken Isles and Argus, and Commanders at Invasion Points. The item is also found in world quest caches, PvP strongboxes, Mythic+ weekly caches, and 
[Blingtron 6000 Gift Package]. Lastly, it can also be discovered by using a Relinquished token purchased from Thaumaturge Vashreen.
Patch changes
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Your [Blessing of Freedom], [Blessing of Sacrifice], and [Blessing of Protection] have 50% increased duration and heal the target for 15% of maximum health. - Hotfix (2016-11-14): All Legion Legendary items have had their item level increased by 15. This change will be applied retroactively.
