Nefarian
Hello, what states the skull at the Altar in Stromgarde is Nefarian's? --Mordecay (talk) 13:44, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
- Given the size and the history of the Horde killing him its rather obvious its his. No other Black Dragon of his stature has ever been killed by the Horde and it is a male black dragon skull. - They did kill him in BWL according to Chronicles. Its not outright stated who killed him in DWD though. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Nathreim2 (talk · contr).
- So you understand that your edit won't make it through. Hell, even if they had actually killed him the second time, there would still be nothing stating that this random doodad is supposed to be Nefarian 's skull. - No other Black Dragon reached his size other than his sister and father and their skulls were different. Onyxia looks similar but her nose horn points forward not up and her head is more elongated. - While this skull certainly is similar, albeit with updated graphics, the horns are bigger. If that sentence is to be added, it will have to be worded differently. What we have now is a "the skull is possibly that of Nefarian." It may be so, but we can't say for sure as it is. PeterWind (talk) 19:59, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
- We don't know that no other dragon reached his size. In fact it's a pretty standard height if you look at Warcraft art. Or even novels. Nefarian is never described as being particularly bigger than other dragons. Similarly the t-rex skulls that you can find in Vol'dun don't belong to Rezan just because they're big. -- MyMindWontQuiet 11:38, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
