Again, welcome!   --Tarog (talk) 15:20, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

Please don't make nonsense pages

The title says it all. The wiki is for actual sourced info, not something you made up whilst bored :)

If you wish to add fan fiction to the wiki, please either mark it as such, or use your User Page.

If it was indeed sourced info, feel free to add it again! Just keep it to one page/area ... -- Kirkburn 19:47, 15 June 2006 (EDT)

Before you continue

I would ask that you please read Fan Fiction, and add {{Fanfic}} to the top of pages you use. I think it would be much preferred that you keep your fiction to one page and add the info on your other characters on that same page. If you don't follow the page's advice, it is very likely the pages will incur the wrath of an admin... Don't let this put you off, this is just a friendly warning :P

Imaginative selection of names btw! -- Kirkburn 09:16, 16 June 2006 (EDT)

Don't try and be a smartass, it's very easy to track your changes. I've asked you to make sure the additions you make are marked as fan fiction - please respect that. -- Kirkburn 14:23, 16 June 2006 (EDT)
Keep the discussion here please :P You stuck a link to your Gnoll Rumor at the top of the Gnoll page - did you think no-one would notice? It doesn't belong there - those pages are for real information. You are attempting to start a 'gnoll rumor', that is clear. I only ask that you accept it for what it is, fan fiction, and post accordingly. Fan fiction is allowed on the wiki, but official information always takes precedence. =) -- Kirkburn 14:33, 16 June 2006 (EDT)

Sorry. New. Sorry. Can I stick the link on the bottom?--Me, of course.

Yes, I think it's okay to add a small link at the bottom, as long as you explicitly show that it is fan fiction. I'm not an admin here, so their view will be the final word. I would seriously suggest not using so many pages for your info, though.
I have your page on 'watch', so I can see when you make changes here. To easily add your name at the end of a post just type ~ ~ ~ ~ (without the spaces) and it will appear as the following when you save the page: Kirkburn 14:44, 16 June 2006 (EDT)
Another thing - stop trying to drum up publicity for your page on the other rumor pages. You seem intent on making trouble for yourself... -- Kirkburn 14:48, 16 June 2006 (EDT)

How is that wrong? Huh? They drum up publicty for themselves! Right? Right? Am I right?

Wait till you see the faceless ones rumor! Just kidding. :-)

Rather than making several very small pages that contain very little information, you should have more information on one page, and have information on each character on that same page. You can get better information out that way, and people don't have to click through 500 links to get a little bit of the fanfic you've developed. Please consolidate what you have already down, and mark each of your fanfic pages with {{fanfic}}. Schmidt 15:00, 16 June 2006 (EDT)

I agree with Schmidt. Don't make multiple characters with only a small bit of information. Try to consolidate them onto one page. Also, don't link to fanfiction from canon pages.--User:TopDread

In agreement. Please consolidate the pages (and others I might not have listd) --Dracomage 08:35, 20 June 2006 (EDT):
  1. Fraage
  2. Prshanth
  3. Bruuge
  4. Krshbith
  5. Hraage
  6. Criige
I totally agree. We've had such problems in the past with Quinn' Tonstern and minor ones with Dark Tichondrias. No Wiki was made to host any fan fiction, so please use what you're allowed to use, it should be sufficient. Again, don't make too many pages, this is not WoWFanFicwiki (maybe we should open a BBS linked to the Wiki where the FanFics will get a better place, too bad SilverSide left us).--Kirochi 13:48, 23 June 2006 (EDT)
In answer to your question, Chris Metzen is one of the primary architects of the three Blizzard universes- Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo. I'm not sure as to the state of his specific title but it is HE- not entheusiastic fans- who determines the flow of Warcraft history and lore. It is upon his shoulders that that the lore rests. I have never met anyone who did not know! --Ragestorm 16:11, 23 June 2006 (EDT)
Consolidating not done, within the last four years, so...will they be marked for a vote deletion? TherasTaneel (talk) 17:23, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
See User talk:TherasTaneel#RE: Unconsolidated fanfic pages.

I like your style

I honestly believe that your theory on satyr-harpy reroduction is viable. I like bits of your gnoll rumor only i dont think a true earthen would go with that beastiality stuff. (assuming diety is canine formed here)(like i said use a trogg) allthough as playables I think standard gnolls (maby with the backround u gave but not the looks difference) would work well as mercs for a goblin faction (allong with ogres quilboar and rouge portions of other races (dwarves can get darkiron skin and orcs blackrock skin) (high elf eyes as an option for blood elves and broken draenei replacing standard draenei). Whoa getting off topic there.... I do however dissagree with your theory on gargoyles they arn't organic allthough some can be powered by necromancy as shown by their undead catagorization. over all I do believe you are great at fanfic and would like to speak to you.

Other mythic creatures

Thats' about the article Mythic creatures appearing in Warcraft (i understood you are its creator, right?) I found on wikipedia an article on the Graeae of the greek mithology ([1]), that are called Deino, Enyo and Pemphredo, like the troll mage trainers in Orgrimmar. I don't know how to insert this in the page, and i think you could do it better than me. -- Forco 12:19, 10 December 2008

New Pages

To be honest, I have no idea how to create new pages. Could you tell me how to? --MadHatter121 (talk) 22:12, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
