Translations and the journey beyond
Hello. I see you're translating Warcraft Wiki to Spanish. While I admire your ambition to start this colossal of a project to translate Warcraft content for Spanish, I'm afraid this project isn't good to start on the English wiki, and it is actually against policy as per the Do Not Post policy § Non-English content. The translated articles are a target of {{speedydelete}} and will be deleted.
If there is a bigger following, we could start a new wiki for the Spanish community entirely as a start but as a single user, that work is too great. There is currently 294,760 content pages on this wiki as of my signature timestamp and honestly, it would not be worth the time as a single user with the amount of stuff that needs to be created and translated. Additionally, the Warcraft franchise is ever growing with new content nearly every couple months. I would recommend finding more users that want to be part of this project first then it'll be possible to see about starting a new wiki for this colossal of a project. - Okay, I've went ahead and deleted the articles but before I did that, I did export them so I do have an XML file for the latest revision of them. I can upload it on Discord for you to download and keep it for if/when a new wiki is started and import it so none of the work you did here is lost. — Surafbrov T / C 17:08, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
