Greymane the Sha-Touched is a boss encounter of Fall of the Zandalari. Greymane, the Pterrordactyl Patriarchs, Den'chulu, and Rommath the Sha-Touched can be attempted in any order after defeating Zanza and escaping from the Voodoo Realm.

When the Zandalari forces marched on Stormwind, Genn Greymane, king of the worgen, was among the first to retaliate. Unleashing his inner beast, Genn struck at the invasion's commander, the witch doctor Vinchaxa, only to be bombarded by the troll's sha-infused voodoo. The power enveloped the king in a dangerous level of pride, causing him to turn against his allies in the name of Gilneas. If the deadly sha is not purged from his body, Genn's pride could cause the destruction of the Alliance capital.
