Whispers of Madness

The following changes are apart of the Whispers of Madness expansion.

General

[Hibernate] removed

[Infected Wounds] reduced to 25% movement, but now also reduces the target's attack speed by 12%.

[Primal Fury] now exclusive to Feral and Guardian

Balance

[Balance of Power] removed

Feral

[Feral Instinct] removed, [Prowl] now has an increased chance to not be detected

[Shred] positional requirement removed

[Mastery: Razor Claws] replaced by new Mastery - Fury Swipes: When you auto-attack while in Cat form you have a 11.4% chance to cause a Fury Swipe dealing 294% weapon damage. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 sec.

Guardian

New Spell: [Demoralizing Roar]

Restoration

[Nature's Focus] no longer increases chance to hit with [Moonfire] and [Wrath]
