Eye Viewer is a device created by Felix Whizzlespark to be used on the newest versions of tracker's eyes used by field agents of the CSA. This became necessary after some unexplained deaths occurring to the agents while out on missions.
The device only works on busted [Tracker's Eye 2.0]s, since that is currently the only device with an image recorder.
