History
Deep in the bowels of Hellfire Citadel exists a fel laboratory where Illidan's fel orc servitors used to extract and refine Magtheridon's blood. The Blood was then used to corrupt orcs or create new fel orcs to bolster the ranks of the Fel Horde. Ever since adventurers killed Keli'dan the Breaker and put extinguished the flames of the Blood Furnace, the darkened hallways have been abandoned and boarded up, deemed by the Sha'tar to have been too corrupted with fel energies.
After the Citadel fell under the control of the Illidari Resurgence and their new allies, the abandoned corridors and hallways now bustle with activity. Scouts report that the numbers of fel orcs have been growing. Find out just how the Illidari are creating more fel orcs.

Gor'gorok Bloodburn
A fel orc who had been infused with another measure of pit lord blood, causing him to further mutate into a monstrous dire orc.
Slu'zurk
An amalgamation of pit lord blood that has been animated by dark magics.
Thexal Deathchill
One of the liches that survived the dismantling of the Scourge. He now unwillingly works for the Illidari Resurgence, through his San'layn masters.
