Notes

After completing  [25-35 Daily] Assault Deadtalker's Plateau and  [25-35 Daily] Spirit Dust, the Shado-Pan companion will offer this quest. Uruk is on the northwest part of the plateau overlooking the Westersea. A level 90 yaungol, Uruk has 1,181,000 health and the following abilities:

• Shadow Bolt 40 yd range — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage. 3 sec cast. Hits for ~40-43,000 Shadow.
• Call of the Keening Spirits 40 yd range — 4 sec cast. (20 sec cooldown)
