Uleg is a member of the Horde and one of the three spies sent to gather information on Theramore and the Alliance. Marg Nighteye would send him and his companion Thargil to gain information on a vessel that just landed, the Bleeding Sparrow, in hopes of gaining some political documents. They would succeed at finding the information that they were looking for but dropped it in the sea when they ended up getting caught. Thargil was captured by the Theramore Guard while Uleg escaped. Marg would then send Uleg to deliver a report of the situation to Nazeer Bloodpike.
